The educational camp about human trafficking, organised by HBAid in Balatonfüred came to a close. Weather did not lavish its favours on the Hungarian, Italian and Swedish young people, but this way it was perhaps easier to concentrate on the lectures delivered in the large hall or to participate in group activities.

The partner organisations of the project “Sensitizing the people of Hungary and Sweden about the issue of trafficking in human beings as an obstacle to development” met in Sweden last week. Besides Hungarian Baptist Aid as main applicant, Italian, German and Swedish NGOs participate in the EU-financed two-year project, implemented by an international cooperation.

A Hungarian acting company, the Komédiás Integrált Színház (KOMISZ), received an invitation from Member of the European Parliament Lívia Járóka. The guest performance was set on stage in one of the large halls of the European Parliament in the beginning of May. The program was viewed by guests invited to the occasion and by members of the Parliament.
